How to Use

  1. Sign In: Open the app and sign in with Apple or Google
  2. Set Your Language: Go to Profile and choose your preferred language
  3. Add a Contact: Scan their QR code or share your invite code
  4. Start a Chat: Tap a contact to open a conversation
  5. Send Messages: Type text or tap the microphone for voice messages
  6. Everything Is Translated: Each person sees messages in their own language

Q: How do I add someone as a contact?

A: Scan their QR code (found in Profile) if nearby, or share your invite code via any messaging app.

Q: Do all participants need the app?

A: Yes, everyone in a conversation needs Quantiya Translate installed.

Q: How accurate are the translations?

A: We use advanced AI for translations, which provides highly accurate, context-aware results. Accuracy can vary with complex phrases or slang.

Q: How do voice messages work?

A: Tap the microphone to record (up to 60 seconds). Recipients can listen to both the original audio and a translated playback in their language.

Q: What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

A: Messaging will be paused until your quota resets on the 1st of each month, or you can upgrade to Pro.

How to Use

  1. Install Plugin: Run npm install -g @quantiya/codevibe to install all wrapper commands. For Claude Code, also register the MCP plugin inside a Claude session: /plugin marketplace add https://github.com/hendryyeh/quantiya-codevibe-marketplace then /plugin install codevibe-claude
  2. Sign In: Sign in on both your desktop (via plugin) and phone (via app) with the same account
  3. Start a Session: Launch your coding agent with the CodeVibe wrapper
  4. Control from Phone: Your sessions appear automatically — send prompts, review diffs, approve changes
Tip: No QR codes or per-session pairing needed. Sign in once and all your sessions sync automatically.

Q: Which AI coding agents are supported?

A: Claude Code, Gemini CLI, and Codex CLI. Each agent has its own plugin that connects to CodeVibe.

Q: Can I control multiple agents at the same time?

A: Yes. Each agent session appears separately in the session list. The number of concurrent sessions depends on your subscription tier.

Q: Is my code secure?

A: Yes. All session content is end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Our servers relay encrypted data but cannot read your code, prompts, or agent responses.

Q: What does "Desktop connected" / "Desktop disconnected" mean?

A: A green dot means the plugin on your computer is running and the connection is active. A red dot means the plugin has stopped or lost connection. You can swipe to end disconnected sessions.

Q: Do I need to pair each session individually?

A: No. Sign in once with Apple or Google on both devices. All sessions created by your account appear automatically on your phone.

Q: Does the app work when my computer is locked?

A: Yes, as long as your computer is connected to the internet and the coding agent is running (e.g., in a tmux session).

iOS:

  1. Go to iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions
  2. Select the app
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android (Translate only):

  1. Open Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  2. Select Quantiya Translate
  3. Tap "Cancel subscription"
