How to Use

  1. Sign In: Open the app and sign in with Apple or Google
  2. Set Your Language: Go to Profile → Language Settings and choose your preferred language
  3. Add a Contact: Scan their QR code in person, or share your invite code remotely
  4. Start a Chat: Tap a contact to open a 1:1 conversation, or create a group chat
  5. Send Messages: Type text messages or tap the microphone to record a voice message
  6. Everything Is Translated: Each person sees messages in their own language automatically

Managing Your Subscription

  1. Open Quantiya Translate
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap "Subscription"
  4. View your current plan, usage, and upgrade options

Restore Purchases

If you purchased a subscription on another device or after reinstalling:

  1. Go to Profile → Subscription
  2. Scroll down and tap "Restore Purchases"
  3. Your subscription will be restored automatically

Cancel Subscription

iOS:

  1. Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  2. Select Quantiya Translate
  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  2. Select Quantiya Translate
  3. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I add someone as a contact?

A: If you're nearby, scan their QR code (found in Profile → My Invite Code). If you're remote, share your invite code via text, WhatsApp, or any messaging app. Once added, the contact is saved permanently.

Q: Do all participants need the app?

A: Yes, everyone in a conversation needs Quantiya Translate installed. Each person uses the app in their own language.

Q: How do I change my language?

A: Go to Profile → Language Settings and select your preferred language. All incoming messages will be translated into the language you choose.

Q: What is group chat and how does it work?

A: Group chat lets up to 5 people converse together, each in their own language. Every message is automatically translated for each participant. Group chat requires a Pro subscription.

Q: How do voice messages work?

A: Tap the microphone button to record a voice message and tap the stop button to send the voice message (up to 60 seconds). Recipients can listen to both the original audio and a translated playback in their language.

Q: Does the app work offline?

A: No, an internet connection is required. Messages are sent through our servers where AI translation happens in real-time. You'll receive any messages sent while you were offline when you reconnect.

Q: How accurate are the translations?

A: We use advanced AI for translations, which provides highly accurate, context-aware results. However, accuracy can vary with complex phrases, slang, or technical terms.

Q: How long are my messages kept?

A: Free users can access the last 7 days of messages. Pro subscribers keep their entire message history permanently.

Q: Do both people need the same subscription plan?

A: No, each person uses their own message quota independently. The app works regardless of what plan each person has.

Q: What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

A: Messaging will be paused until your quota resets on the 1st of each month, or you can upgrade to Pro immediately for unlimited messaging.
